The Kiwi Tree accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We may also be willing to negotiate a trade if you are the owner of a sushi restaurant and willing to provide us all-we-can-eat spicy tuna rolls.
Will I be charged sales tax?
The Kiwi Tree is required to collect sales tax from all purchases made within the Commonwealth of Virginia, as it is the state in which we are located. Residents of all other states will not be charged sales tax at this time.

When will my Kiwi Tree purchase arrive?
All orders will be delivered within five to eight business days. However, if there is a greeting card/gift wrap emergency, please contact us directly and we will provide information for a rush delivery.

How do I get the most out of my shipping?
Because of our shipping structure, we encourage our customers to take advantage of each shipping break. You can buy one card or five cards for the same shipping cost. You know you want five cards. We know you want five cards. Go ahead, satisfy that greeting card hunger you have.
Can the Kiwi Tree ship internationally?
At this time we are only able to ship within the United States. However, if we become a hit in Iceland, we will definitely begin re-thinking this policy.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify a purchase once an order has been placed.
How do I make a return/exchange?
When you receive your order, if you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the original date of order to return or exchange it. Please contact us at info@thekiwitree.com and let us know of your return/exchange request. At that time, we’ll send you a merchandise return form. Simply send the undamaged item(s) in the original packaging, along with your original packing slip and merchandise return form for return or exchange to:

We will then either send the chosen exchanged merchandise to you or refund the merchandise amount to your original form of payment once the authenticity of your order is verified. The Kiwi Tree will not be responsible for shipping charges on returns; however, will happily pick up the shipping charges on the new item from an exchange.
Please note that we recommend sending any returned merchandise via insured/trackable US Mail, UPS, FedEx or other carrier as The Kiwi Tree is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit.
