All returns and exchanges will be handled on an individual basis.

You have 30 days from the original date of order to return or exchange your purchase. We will then either send the chosen exchanged merchandise to you or refund the merchandise amount to your original form of payment (once the authenticity of your order is verified). The Kiwi Tree will not be responsible for shipping charges on returns; however, will happily pick up the shipping charges for an exchanged item.

Please note that we recommend sending any returned merchandise via insured/trackable US Mail, UPS, FedEx or other carrier as The Kiwi Tree is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit.
